Doctor appointment today did not go all that well. X-Rays showed signs of stress fracture(s). I am having a bone scan Friday. Looks like you won't be seeing me here until sometime after the new year. This will pass. Sigh.

Depending on what type it is you might be able to handle the eliptical. Top marathoner Ray"rbmoose" who posts on these threads has had many stress fractures and has always come back strong after a couple months on the eliptical. Good luck.
