        I'll need a free pass this week.  My doctor doesn't know what's causing my headaches but has scheduled a CAT scan of my head for Monday.  In the meantime, think I'll do a little running but don't have a plan.

        Friday......................13.3 miles easy

        Saturday...................7.9 miles on the XC course

            Just so i could still feel like part of a group, I got up this morning and ran 4 miles to get my 40 in.  Thanks for the motivation, Holly!

              40 miles and change this week. But what I am most pleased about is that I had my longest run since April 3rd, 2011 today.
