My getting 40 miles this week is unlikely due to my left glute being very painful Sunday night. This has been bothering me for a couple of months and has apparently been caused by the waist and leg bands on the shorts I'd been wearing. Hopefully I will soon be back on my schedule.

You guys are really inspiring me. I am currently unemployed and so have time to increase my mileage. I just love to run on Monday mornings, because too often while employed I would be sitting in my office wishing that I could be outside running. Smile Started the year at around 20 miles per week and for the past month have been 30+mpw. I am hoping that I can maintain 30 mpw even when employed. I think that I will hit 40 mpw with the run I have planned for Sunday; tomorrow is a rest day.
