Mon, Tue 0Wed 7.8 mi (1:08)Thu, Fri, Sat 0Sun 26.2 mi (3:03:57) NYC marathonTotal: 34 miles (4 hrs 12 min)it was a bit windy today, but overall not too bad. started cramping around mile 20, had to slow down.hey, still a BQ-21, for what it's worth. and a NYC 2015 qualifierthe jury is still out on my right hip. it was nota huge factor, but it was definitely acting up today.I do not remember tapering this much for any race,so this was not a normal taper.I was feeling that same pain in the hip every dayand just resting it
