        Thanks, Gordon! Just finished up my post from last week, and you'd already done it! Good thing I ran to plan... This week is a cutback week, but my training plan always cuts back too much so I'm not following it closely this week: ...........Plan..................Actual Monday: XT...............36 min (4.18 miles) elliptical, .75 mile walk, 35 minutes weights/abs Tuesday: 5 EZ............5.21 running, .5 walk, 5 minutes stretching (tight after Sunday's run!) Wednesday: 8 w/MP...8 w/6 @MP, hot sweaty hotel TM run... Thursday: 5 Tempo....Rest day due to meetings and travel, but 3 mile walk with dog Friday: Rest Day........7.3 miles hilly tempo run, 8:14 avg pace Saturday: 8................8.5 miles running, 8:22 avg pace Sunday: 14-16............16.5 miles, avg @8:24 avg pace, .25 mile walk c/d 45.5 miles total, plus walking, elliptical, weights...

Big grin plans: Monday - 4 miles of hill running, and 1.5 miles walking done Tuesday - 5 miles of track intervals, and 1.5 miles walking done Wednesday - 6.5 miles medium run, and 1.5 miles walking done Thursday - 5 miles easy, and 1.5 miles walking done Friday - 2 miles easy, and 1.5 miles walking done Saturday - 21 miles done Sunday - 2 miles recovery jog done total = 45.5 miles running

              Thanks Gordon, Haven't seenmomgo Wink And eh, didn't notice before, but you even do the summary on alfabet! Mon...3.5K recovery run and 45min swim class. And I started my new job! Tue...slept in. New jobs are exhausting. Wed..9.8K tempo with the doggies plus 15K bike commute to work. Thu...I had to work longer then expected. Then had to wait for my hire car to be delivered (over 2 hours late). Then I barely made it in time to my PT appointment. So didn't get to go to swim class and running immediately after being treated by my PT didn't seem like such a good idea (inflammation of where a muscle attaches to the top of the hip bone). Sigh.... Fri.....1.5K then stopped cause hip was painful, probably from yesterday's treatment. Lots of hip stretching though Sat...9.7K, hip was much better! And lots of hip stretching Sun..10.0K and it was DRY, SUNNY, and nearly WINDLESS. Yeahhh. Postponed long run till tomorrow because of Easter. Summary: 33K

                Here I am. Here I am (madly waving)!!!!!! No running AT ALL for last week waiting until foot heals up. Bad problem on the ball area of the foot. Durn shoes!!!!First blisters, then this....it's all related I am sure. so - 0 for me last week. I will try to run this week and see how it goes. Half marathon coming up in only 3 weeks!!!! Thurs 3 Friday 3 Sat 10 + 2 later in the day - just cuz.

                          thanks gordon. finally getting around to rampin' it up for next week's Green Lake Dizzy Daze 50K total - 23.5 miles Sun (3/16) - 3.5 miles (St. Patrick's Day Dash) Mon (3/17) - taper Tue (3/18) - taper Wed (3/19) - taper Thur (3/20) - taper Fri (3/21) - taper Sat (3/22) - Pink Door gnocchi, de la mare, and Irish Whis,... er Irish coffee with dive/ultra-goddess/soundi goddess preceded by 20 miles, just a little run in cherry blossom paradise relishin' sounder soundin' better, ultra-goddess's solid training in Easter Marathon and hopin dave's heel-check up confirms a timely recovery for Wenatchee.

                            An OK week. Onward. Monday-5.5 mi Tues-strength training and ball/core classes Wed-4 mi, another cold rainy, windy Wed run Thur-strength training AM, yoga PM Fri-3.5 mi Summary-13 mi + other stuff
                              Does the title mean "week ending 3/23" ? If so, here's my week... I only log time running, not distance... 3/17 2:10 easy (trails) 3/18 1:15 easier 3/19 2:05 easy 3/20 off - resting knee 3/21 2:20 easy (trails) knee fine 3/22 off - no excuse 3/23 3:15 easy Week Total 11:05 (1st 11 hr week in over 25 years) Does this make me a "new member" ?
