Hi Everyone! Finally the weight I put on after four months of inactivity is starting to come off!
Monday: 1 hr CardioTuesday: 4.5 mile walk (an improvement over last weeks 2.5 mile walk, but limping badly by the time I finished)
Wednesday 2.5 mile run on Alter G at 60% of my weight.
Thursday: 13 miles on Mt Bike
Friday: 2.5 mile run on Alter G at 80% of my body weight. 11:31 pace
Saturday: 3.25 mile trail run
Totals: Bike: 13 miles Walking: 4.5 miles Running: 8.25 miles
Thanks Leslie! This is my first "taper week" so we'll see what that holds.

Recovery week for me, and calves are still sore and tight from my half. Pushed off the track workout until Thursday, but I don't have high expectations of what I'll be able to do today... oh well...
who says life doesn't have a soundtrack?
