                No more marathons

                  Went out for an easy 4 miles yesterday and as soon as I started I felt this pain in my abdomen.  First thought was “oh no, hernia is acting up” – but wait – that’s only on one side.  Damn Planks.

                    Gee you're fast Mike.  Mine take me longer Big grin Planks done for the day.I tried to do one on my foam roller as pictured in Runner's World. Not quite ready for that yet!

                      I did mine for 60 seconds and not a fraction of a second more.

                       

                      +1  Just saw this today.

                      Run until the trail runs out.

                        Unlike some of you overachievers, I felt no inclination to go way beyond the goal.......Big grin

                        (plus 100 stability ball crunches)

                        Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
