Last week was messed up by two unexpected days off from running, compliments of a never ending headache.    Finished with just 31 miles.

This week I'm up for 50 miles (hopefully). Smile

I'm not sure yet where I belong at RA....came from RWOL, but was mostly a lurker there for years. I am definitely over 40 (55), and will be peaking at 40mpw in this training cycle for my half...so can I hang out for a while?

Thanks Holly!  Sorry I'm late--it's a really crazy week.

Halfcrazy--if Holly puts up with me coming in late and not make 40 quite often and changing my plan all around all the time, I'm sure she'll let you hang out here, too.
