      Funny - I thought I had achillies issues before - Now it is swollen really big (Silly 6 hour race) - Still I think I can hit 100 this week.  We end the week at Beef-o-Rama in Minocqua WI.  One last time up north this year.  I am hoping to calm down the achillies this week with 2x a day treatment.

            Sneaking back in with a 40 mile week. Hopefully, I'll be a regular here again soon since I should be training for the Monkey marathon (even though we know you can't train for it).
