Well, I know a lot of you ran this race. Give us a race report!
I know Jeff ran a good bit better than last year ... Come on, out with it.

Why is it sideways?
Report.
Thanks! The good thing about you is your writing ... I felt like I was there.
Was hoping you'd be there to document!
Out there running since dinosaurs roamed the earth
Yep.
I don't really have a race report, but it was my fastest 5k since being injured, so I'm happy with that. The masters winner passed me in the last half mile, so that wasn't exactly a dream come true, but it was a great morning anyway. Plus, Cheryl had a 40-second (I know, right?) PR!
That's definitely my favorite 5k course...It's always good to me.
Holy crap a 40 second PR? Damn. Must be her good coaching! Was good to see you guys out there. Tanya, when I was watching you warm up, I was thinking that you are looking fit and strong for sure.
Wow! I missed out for sure. Everybody seemed to have had a memorably great run.
Meh, $5 is $5...
Congrats to Cheryl on the big PR!
My Achilles and hips felt fine, I managed to wear more spandex type things without wearing a speed suit (and thus was quasi-slutty for a change...you NEVER go full slutty), and ran well enough for sporadic running. I'll take it.
...and yes, I'm posting in a message board again.
Thanks!
Cheryl had to repeatedly dodge a dog in the first half mile until she lost her temper and bellowed "GET THAT F**KING DOG OFF THE COURSE!" right in front of kids and everything.
She still feels bad about it, but I know she's a true competitor now.
Congrats to Cheryl and you, too, Tanya. Glad you are feeling strong.
Welcome back, Justin!

I saw the dog. Dogs were definitely welcome in the race ads, but the dog in question was on a longish lead and loping along in the middle of a crowd. I think the lady w/the dog started way too close to the start line, and should have kept him/her to the side.
Great race.
