Good Bad & The Monkey
What does this mean?
i am getting stronger but i might not be ready to race grandmas
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
The King of Beasts
my easy pace seems to be getting faster (30 sec a mile), i used to call a 7:48 in the park tempo, but i took it easy, not really easy, but it was not an effort the last 3 miles trying to get the time down.
lets say i go for 2:50, i dont know if i can feel 6:30's, but if you had asked me last year if i could feel 6:50's i would have called you crazy, i dont know.
i am going to train through grandmas, with 4 or 5 easy days, maybe pr by a little, but i think i am going to celebrate the new job, take a long weekend off, run with some friends, drink and talk about running.
is that what you are looking for?
"As a dreamer of dreams and a travelin' man I have chalked up many a mile. Read dozens of books about heroes and crooks, And I've learned much from both of their styles." ~ Jimmy Buffett
"I don't see much sense in that," said Rabbit. "No," said Pooh humbly, "there isn't. But there was going to be when I began it. It's just that something happened to it along the way."”
I am feeling the same way. Ready but not ready.
Same here.
i think i am going to celebrate the new job, take a long weekend off, run with some friends, drink and talk about running.
Sounds like a plan to me!
This will be the best part. The drinking, I mean. Maybe the friends part too.
Hoodoo Guru
The tangents are moot.
What does steak taste like?
Lazy idiot
Tick tock
Screw it, i'm ready to race.
MTA: I'm a dumbass and wrote "1:16:30" earlier.
