That's one way to look at it. The other way of looking at it is that God is exacting his/her/its revenge on you folk right now and granting me good weather because I've been a good boy.
In Paraguay, summer days regularly reach 40-42 degrees Celcius, and that's the real temp, not the heat index. Needless to say, there are not many runners in Paraguay.
