        Yeah so am I. I really need a good long day with as much time as i've been taking off. But 18 seems like a lot. Oh well, I'll have to try and suck it up!

                  The worse part is all the running through Green Hills where there are no sidewalks, and then along West End at the end of the run. Last few years it has been HOT.

                          Andrew hasn't run 18 miles since the Huntsville Marathon in December 07. Andrew is likely to need to cut this run short.
