    The King of Beasts

we could just meet at the stone gates and do the 11.8 + 6.4 for an 18.2 mile run ??

"As a dreamer of dreams and a travelin' man I have chalked up many a mile. Read dozens of books about heroes and crooks, And I've learned much from both of their styles." ~ Jimmy Buffett

      Hoodoo Guru

What's the problem?  Peter said you can print out the directions and take them with you.  Maybe you can laminate a copy and tuck it into the back of your running skirt.

        The tangents are moot.

        Lazy idiot

What, I'm the only one who's thinking of starting a 'DirectionTat' business to complement the 'PaceTat' booth at the expo?

          Tick tock

I thought I would borrow a running stroller and laminate the directions to the handle so I could push it and read the directions.  I live there and it's still incredibly confusing.

Out there running since dinosaurs roamed the earth

            The King of Beasts

              just saw this

Thinking I'll be doing the SB Greenway Sunday.....

              how far-ish, time?

              Good Bad & The Monkey

                My long run is easy.

                1. Run to HM starting line (3.5 miles)

                2. Run HM (13.1 miles)

                3. Run back to hotel (3.5 miles)

                How far is that?

                The Thunder

Running is stupid.  I'm not doing it.

                  1 Hip and 2 Hamstring reconstructions later…

                    just saw this

I'm thinking around 7:00 for maybe 15...More if I'm not dead. I know my race Sat. is ONLY a 5k, but I'm old, so bite me.  (I mean that collectively...Not aimed at A1.)

                       ONLY a 5k,

                      they hurt

"As a dreamer of dreams and a travelin' man I have chalked up many a mile. Read dozens of books about heroes and crooks, And I've learned much from both of their styles." ~ Jimmy Buffett

They do hurt and I'll be doing the cookie 5K, too.

                        A Saucy Wench

As long as the people in front of me dont get lost I 'd be fine.  I am never near the front.

I have become Death, the destroyer of electronic gadgets

"When I got too tired to run anymore I just pretended I wasnt tired and kept running anyway" - dd, age 7

Ennay-  These training runs (or training "races" as those in the know call them) get pretty spread out.  It's easy to suddenly see no one ahead of you.......

Out there running since dinosaurs roamed the earth

I'm fucked. Tanya - hope you're ready for a 20-miler, because i'm going to need you!
Peter simplified the course a little and claims that it is marked.  We'll see..... I'm carrying the directions with me, even though I know most of the route.
