South Run, and around Burke Lake
Park at the Soccer fields located at South Run Park which is on the Fairfax county Parkway, route 7100. then run a trail over to Burke Lake park. run around the lake and then return to South Run. If you look to the left and right as you pass the power lines you'll notice some nice single track dirt trails that I like to run every once in a while :)
