These events have been around for a long time and are suitable for the novice racer. Separate courses/races for men and women on the trails in Lancaster County Central Park. A local group has been running the men's course every Sunday at 7:30 AM; meeting place is the parking lot near the LCCP swimming pool. Women's course preview at 6 PM on Wednesdays, also meeting at the pool. Feel free to join us.
