Any thoughts, pros & cons, about dry needling?

is that acupuncture? I don't know ive never heard of it.

Dry needling came out of a study where they compared passing a needle with steroids vs. needle alone going through connective tissue (fascia, tendons etc) and found no difference in results. Steroids have detrimental effects so needling without the negatives is a little more popular.
