Stronger than excuses!
I did it for a whie while I was using "Handy Runner app" but the app quit working for Android so I didn't have a good way to upload. I log my data on "Training Peaks" and "Beginner Triathlete" which is where I use my graphs and training numbers to build a plan. I found an easy way to upload the data here so I decided to share.
I would also encourage all of the Couch to 5k people to share their workouts. If you have a smart phone, it is not hard to do. It helps with community support
