St Anthony's Triathlon is one of the most popular on the east coast. I'm amazed you got in this close to the event. I thought it always sold out well in advance. My coach and a bunch of guys and gals from his team will be there. He is a huge bald guy who calls himself the Slayer. They wear black and red Tri-coach Georgia kits. Say hi for me if you see them. The Slayer earned a sport in the Worlds at Nola 70.3 with a 4:10 finish

Well, 2:29:48? I think. I pictured better, but the swim was really challenging! it was in st pete bay and there were some decent waves! made it very tough to get a rhythm. anyway, you guys have to put this race on your must do list. It was awesome! top notch venue and you get that big race feel--amazing crowd. very legit race.
