      I think I rode Riggins Bridge shortly before you.The dog I saw was on a tether. The old dog there is easy to out run.

        Good idea. I saw the old one tied up, but it was his buddy that came out of no where. White/Yellow in color and really really grumpy. To cap the day off, I was "tapped" on the elbow by a disabled driver on Belle Shoals... Do they make spray for that too?
