Hello Members and friends of the club. This board is for posting messages about and discussing the club, local races, racing, training, etc.
Runningahead.com is pretty cool. It's free. It has a decent on-line running log, and you can create a profile. I would like to see these profiles replace the ones on the website, as these you can update yourself. Explore the entire website and see what is available.
REGISTRATION AND JOINING THE BOARD
You have to register. Just click the LOGIN link at the top right of the page. Or click this link below.
Click to register
Then return to the board and click JOIN THIS GROUP in the top right of the page.
Bookmark the board. If you need to find it again you can always find it under USER GROUPS. A link will remain on the RIRR home and Ramble pages.
Board Laws
Please keep the topics tied to the world of running.
Refrain from libel, slander, and flaming.
Please do not post copyrighted material that is not your own. Use links to the material on other websites instead. If you quote, please give attribution.
No porn or foul language. Lets keep it respectable.
All infractions will be censored by the board administrators.
This board is not to be used for advertising products (spam). If someone wants to post about a local race, that's okay.

i'm happy to help administer even though I expect to struggle with obedience to some - ok many - of the laws. |

have not dropped the check book on the bikepath lately. does that qualify me as an administrator?

That's good. Guys, you'll see that you now see a CENSOR button on everyone's post. Don't
use lightly. It's a last resort. 1st Amendment still rules, but within reasonable limits.
