I was set to start my first RW 1/2 training about 4 weeks ago. I've had a lot if issues with my foot (it's a stupid bunion caused by bad genetics) I just trained through the pain so I could meet my goal Of my first 1/2 on Mothers Day. Made it and then I was finished. I finally saw a podiatrist and he is having me try some topical meds for a few weeks. Good thing is he is a runner too! Anyway I know I cannot start this training cycle for a 1/2 Going to set my sites back on 5k and 10k until fall.
