My RW plan didn't work out so well for my first half next weekend (I blew it!), but I am registered for another half in April and decided to give RW another try! I am going to recover from my half next weekend, go for some PRs in a 5K and 10K in November, then start a new RW HM plan December 1st!

Thanks! I hope it works out too..... if I didn't go on vacation during my Anaerobic phase I think it would have worked well for this one too.... oh well, time to move on, do the best I can next weekend, and start fresh for the next one!
