    Well then ... I guess the best thing to do is go work out as soon as you get up. 

     

    I was watching Dr. Oz recently and he advocated working out first thing in the morning without so much as a bite to eat.  I also came across this article:  http://www.motleyhealth.com/diet-and-nutrition/exercising-after-dieting-can-increase

     

    It's nice that winter is over and it's not so hard to get up.  I'm taking Synthroid and Cytomel, but I do enjoy that cup of freshly ground Italian roast early in the morning.  Oh well ... coffee tastes bad when you work out.  Guess it's better going to be better after. Undecided
