Its much better than running on the roads and having cars try to hit you, and gotta love the big diesel pickups that blow black smoke on you for shits and giggles!

You're having sex wrong. Trail running is great, but let's be serious here...
You can pay to run 24, 48 or 72 hours, but 24 hours of sex would likely be more painful...

To bring this back to PG-level, I was thinking of a bumper sticker this morning: "I can run longer than you can drive".
Now don't draw any conclusions on what I do in the morning - run, of course, or... ... drive.

Well it has been for me anyway. With over 500 miles (and growing) of singletrack available adjacent to my neighborhood along with a 25 pound weight loss in the last two years, trail running just gets better and better.
