Refurbished Hip
John, is that you? Where is the world did Snizzle come from? Guys, I think John's joined a gang...we need an intervention.
Running is dumb.
Tim
It can't be John, he's way too busy on FB to stop by and see his old friends.
Nice list,
“Paralysis-to-50k” training plan is underway!
Are we there, yet?
It can't be John, he's way too busy on FB to stop by and see his old friends. Nice list,
He totally abandoned us on RW when RW took exception to a link to his blog in his signature. I miss him over in that other place even though I do see him on FB.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Uh oh... now what?
Gee... hadn't really noticed--penalties of multiple personalities, real or otherwise.
Yes, Mandy, it is me -- desk computer is sick, using old laptop with lots of weirdo personnas.
Thanks AT -- I wish I had a marketing budget instead of using social media.
wcrunner2 -- Wasn't worth the personal anger I received in PMs; had not thought of it as abandonment.

I'm amazed at how petty RW can be at times. Since you don't post there anymore, I really look forward to when you do comment here. Of all the books I've read on ultra running yours has probably had the most impact even though it's not a book on training. There's much to be said for learning through shared experiences.
