Hey lace or Fsocks or anyone else who's run one of the Araivaipa races.
How crowded are they? I'm looking at one of their 50K's towards the end of the year with a friend.
Is it wall to wall people? How would it compare to the crowd at the Moab Red Hot?

Red Hot is a huge race. The Aravaipa races at that distance are usually pretty small. They almost always have multiple race distances on the same course but generally stagger the start times. I've run 2 of their 50k's in the last 6 weeks and both had fairly small fields. I've never felt crowded at any of their races.
Maybe I'll see you there if you decide to run it. Because I'm on their race team, I get free entry into all their races and I'm taking advantage of that.
