SRD today, doing 25-30 tomorrow if my back holds up. I picked a route with many opportunities to cut the run short.
QOTD: Long runs I use compression socks from Feetures, under 2 hours I just use the dress socks I was wearing for work. I almost never get blisters, so I don't care that much.
