Great yoga class last night. It was our instructor's last class for awhile as she is battling Rheumatoid Arthritis and teaching has become too much for her health. So, it was a little sad, but at the same time, it's a new chapter for our class as we'll get a new instructor in 2013.

QOTD: I am a huge fan of Philadelphia's Bassetts Ice Cream. They collaborated with a local radio station to create Gadzooks! Thankfully, the local ice cream parlor is only seasonal--Apr - Oct--so I don't overindulge during the winter.
