No run for me as well. I would give it a try...but I have babysitting duties now. My quads are still very sore...especially going downstairs and when my grand babies stick their knees, elbows and feet into them as they use me as a jungle gym.

No run today, too, as I'm still on the Injured List. Hoping to start up again tomorrow. My toe is healing up nicely, and I think a short run on level ground won't do any harm.
