Are we there, yet?
I'm finding myself running my easy runs a lot faster now that the local college xc team is back and I can run with some of the slower runners now. Tuesday's 6 mile run was about 30-40 seconds per mile faster than usual.
QOTD: I don't know if they would be classified as fears, but I'm very uncomfortable with heights and tight places. I'm more worried about becoming senile and losing my mind. (Some of my friends think I already have since I started running ultras.)
