    great job folks!

got mine done, gorgeous day- sun was out, temps in the high 30's- the trails were a mix of ice, snow and dry- I kept my microspikes on the entire route as it kept changing

Nice pics, thanks for posting. How do the microspikes perform on that dry stuff?

I got a pair last week but haven't had the right conditions yet, forecast is calling

for 10+ inches tomm. and friday though.

I didn't run 14, but I ran a 5 mile race with a friend this morning, and another 4.4 with the dog this afternoon...so that's, ummm, more than 14K.  Crap.  Sorry, I didn't do anything with the number 14 today.

        Running is dumb.

I tried to do 14, but ended up with one extra.  Oooops!

Here are a few photos, the pelican fan club was out in full force today.

they're fine, I'd prefer to not have them on but the conditions were changing so rapidly that it wasn't worth stopping- without a doubt I would have busted my ass multiple times trying to run on the ice- the microspikes make it easy

              ^ nice pics folks!

Only made 10.  Longest effort I've had in a few months. Been experiencing some hip lower and back pain but made it through relatively unscathed.

Nice pics everyone, and Happy New Year.

Warden what spikes do you wear? Need to pick up some new ones.

I did 14 on New Year's Day. Organized a group run for our local club. We had 26 people come out to do anywhere from 3 miles to 14. By the time we got to 14 there were just four of us. It was a great way to begin the day and the year.
