No run today...I was dressed and at the trailhead but it was thundering and lightening. I decided not to chance it...I have seen a lit of downed trees on the trail....it makes me nervous I could end up with one on top of me.

Qotd: I have one I like to wear when not running. It is a cotton shirt from the 2001 Dances With Dirt. I was very disappointed in the one from this year's DWD. But I guess it is hard to come up with cool ones every year.

Charles, you and your family are truly blessed to be all together. It was such a close call...they almost lost you... it must have been a joyous reunion. You all had much to celebrate.
