6 miles in the dark, I used what little ambient light was left to start before turning on the lamps and just about bumped into a mule deer doe and fawn- they appeared more surprised than I was and I was plenty surprised
qotd: I've been running in snow and ice for the last three weeks, we get enough snow that the longer we're snowless the better imo, but it came pretty early this year and is very likely to remain until spring (although I hope I'm wrong)
