So after four days off this week (not planned) I got in back to back days.  Have not done this is a really long time.  A little under 4 yesterday which included exploring a new trail (new to me - I didn't even know it existed) near my house.  It's not a long trail but it was cool discovering it.  Today got out for 8.7 miles.  Overall I am happy with the efforts.  Oh and it felt like a heatwave today - t-shirt weather!!!! Yay!
