Planning 10 hilly miles this pm. Weather is super nice, so I really look forward to it.

Bleh. Got stuck at work and couldn't make it to the hills. Got eight foggy and cold evening miles in Golden Gate park instead. I went a bit faster than usual, and my core couldn't really take it today. I just wasn't properly recovered after Saturday's brutal weight workout.
