Short answer: yes
I've got some tendonitis going on in my foot. I'm still planning on doing Ironmasters, but I'm getting nervous as I see the dates on my empty log get closer to the race. If I stay off my foot it should be fine by this time next week, +3 weeks building back up, +2 weeks of taper...I should still be able to complete the race, but I'm starting to feel like this season is a bust. I'm certainly not going to be at the fitness level I was planning on being at. I haven't signed up yet, but I am mentally committed.

Not sure how much help this will be for anyone, but you can still get to the full, old forums. Instead of community.runnersworld.com it's forums.runnersworld.com, it looks like it's still actually active but I have a feeling they will stop allowing posts eventually.

Still having nightmares from working in IT a long time ago...
Without getting into database design, data warehousing, or even cloud and mirages,
I thought it was thoughtless of RWOL to,
on the first "upgrade", mutilate the history,
on the most recent "upgrade", drop access to the history,
I don't doubt but what it is available via this link or that,
but it was the history with the contributors still available that made it worthwhile.
Reconstruction discussions will be fun.
