    6 miles in the hills, beautiful running weather (low 40's) here, for a couple of days anyways Big grin


    qotd: like others, I retire them and then they take on other duties- lawn mowing, knock about, etc- no emotional ties yet, but I haven't run a 100 mile event either Smile

    Zion Traverse 47 miles 4/5 DNS :( stress fracture in heel

    Don't Fence Me In 30k  14k 5/10 ✓

    Pengelly Double Dip 13.1 miles & 3000' 6/7 ✓

    Devils Backbone 50 mile (I'm running 25 as a two person relay) 7/19 ✓ Wow!

    Ellkhorn 23k 8/2- this is a maybe- little close to the Bridger???? signed up :)  ✓ 

    Bridge Ridge Run 20 miles 8/9  ✓ 


      I did 3 early morning miles then tonight I did it again in early moonlight. It is kind of a tough go in the snow we have....but I think it makes for a better core work out during my run. I suspect it will seem effortless next spring when I get to run snowless for the first few times.


      qotd: Once they are no longer used for running my shoes join the pile. Some I use for knocking about...others just sit there and take up space. Whenever move to another place to live I throwa few out.
