It' Thursday over here already, did 5 miles along the beach and up the hill. A nice run, I'm now in Busan by the way.

Day 4 of being totally disabled by pneumonia and pleurisy. I have not been in such pain since childbirth, and this time I had taken pain medicine! I am so sad to see all the wonderful late spring days pass by, which would have been ideal for adjusting to the summer temps. Instead, I'm in bed all day, or asleep. And my biggest fear is that recovery will take 10 weeks like two years ago, when I had a similat illness. I am worried about ES in August now.

Couch - sorry to hear you're so under the weather, that sucks. Get a ton of rest and hopefully when you're back on feet you can shake off the cobwebs in a couple of weeks.

Ended up with 7 through the wet woods. I came across quite a few downed tree limbs/tops along the trail. I cleared some of that stuff out and still averaged a decent pace.
