LB2 - Thanks! Tailwind, at least for me, works great! I never seem to need more energy and I haven't craved salty foods while using it. I used to use S!CAPS for my electrolytes, but Tailwind seems to work much better for me. At least so far, the berry and orange flavors are gentle on my stomach and I have had no GI issues.

FTYC - Thanks! The "rock in teh shoe" feeling eventually subsided, probably around mile 26 or so. I think my foot was bruised where the rock sat and I just needed time to get used to it.
