    I didn't run this morning, nor at lunch..last hope is to leave work a little early and get a run in before the hubby gets home.

     

    QOTD:  Why am I doing this?  As remeber why you are running; for health and as Sandy says for fun.  So if I am not having fun I need to change something.

     

    sugnim: It might be time to invest in a treadmill?  I have a cicrler driveway that is one tenth of a mile.  I have thought about doing laps on it but prefer the treadmill with a TV to watch.

          qotd: lots of good points, for me it's listen to your body- I'm getting better, slowly.  I have a bad habit of trying to run through injuries, illness and not paying enough attention to rest and recovery
