I had my highest mileage month of the year - a whopping 15.75 miles. At this rate I just might break 100 miles for the year!

I should have done some arithmetic earlier in the week.
Pretty high month for me and it included a local 10k trail race where I was first grand master. Of course only ten or less grand masters were there but I did hold off a 9 year old girl wearing a pair of toes shoes and put the screws down on some 40 year old dude who tried to pass me on an uphill with 1/2 mile to go. I made him crack and yes I loved it.
In dog beers, I've only had one.
96.5. Definitely looking to bump it up in June, and each month thereafter as I head into full-on marathon training in August.
