Curious if anyone has done one of the European ultras such as UTMB (I admit the Lavaredo Ultra Trail out of Cortina attracts me due to my fondness for the Dolomites)?
Qualifying for UTMB and getting in seems tough, but less so than Western States?
Also, running around Mont Blanc (or the Dolomites) seems like a bucket list item ....

I'd really like to do UTMB also. I also looked at the Ultra du Mt. Fuji, but the timing wasn't right.
