Tim
SRD today. Busy weekend with helping get DS organized for the big move and we had a going away party.
Jamie - Glad you are getting regular runs in, but yes, take it slow and steady.

QOTD: Beside losing our son to the left coast, nothing else.
“Paralysis-to-50k” training plan is underway!

QOTD: My husband and I are getting along great.
My favorite day of the week is RUNday
Hopefully an easy 5-7 after work (whenever that is).
QOTD: Fundamentally, no, but with the bride teaching and our kids not yet in school, logistics are more stressful (but also good). I am actually driving to work now (well, I went in at 4am, came back so she could go to work, and am dropping them off at her school now so they can hang out with her for the rest of the pm). Oh, and the earthquake that woke us up yesterday highlighted the difference between a CA native (me) and a native Marylander (the bride). She ran for the kids, I waited a few seconds to make sure it wasn't the big one, then went back to sleep
Queen: Sweet!
Moon: Bummer .... hope that works out for all concerned
moonlight: I really hope that everything works out for the best. That guy needs to be gone.

Pete
Good news. I am glad to hear it.

He must be a patient man.
Moonlight: I hope the bastard stays in Chicago.

I have a much better plan for him. POS.
Way back in time one of my older sisters was in an abusive marriage. I would get called late at night to go get her. That was very difficult as all I really wanted to do was just take that guy apart limb by limb. Happily she moved on with a pretty good guy (a runner btw).
Watoni--That's funny.
