Eat to run, Run to eat
So excited to run Dirty German 25k this weekend! Who will I see out there?? Muppy, wcrunner, jbyram2, anyone else? I've got the IPA's!

I'll have an hour head start on you...but if you are only running 25k you can probably pass me before I finish lap 1.

A five-miler with some mean short hills (1/2 mile or so). Felt good, on the whole.
QOTD: I would, although like Daydreamer it is really the consistency point. If you cannot really follow a tailored plan, why have one? A consultation gig over a series of months where they review uploaded data and speak with you on the phone and see how to proceed in general might be good.
