What was your mileage like in May?
I logged 310 miles, which is pretty much according to plan for me. I'm at 1623 total miles for the year so far and am looking to reach 4500 by the end of the year.

106 miles (walking.) I hope my June includes some running miles later in the month.

88.7 miles, I had a lot of aches and pains so I did an extreme two-week taper, took a week off after my 50K now I'm starting back up again.

Lace, 300+ miles a month is bonkers. Just sayin'....Good job though.

127 miles, lots of that was a 50 mile race and 25 mile run, so not a very consistent month for me. I did get some cycling miles in a a few ab/core kinda workouts.
