Pain cave junkie
After four hard workout days I'm going for a SRD. Yesterday I got in 5.5 miles on the wet trails in 50 minutes which felt really good. Seems that I am getting some benefit from a increase in speed work.

Got the 10 in ran along with the snow machines so step off the trail so they could pass sometimes only 1 other times a long line = more fumes. The last 2 miles wore the snowshoes for 1min repeats.
Trail Monster
3 miles with 8 hill sprints (8:34 pace, 10% incline). 9:50 average pace. Trying to convince myself I'm enjoying the cutback week!
