I've been complaining all week about how sore and lethargic I am, and couldn't figure out why. My weekly mileage for last week (Mon-Sun) was average, and this week will be even below average.
Well, it looks like in the last 7 days (Fri-Thurs) I've run 55 miles which is way above average for me, and explains my soreness and lethargy. I know folks are always preaching this around here, so thought I'd give everyone a friendly reminder to check out your logs carefully if you're feeling especially worn down.
