I just ran three miles from home cross-cutting some of the private equestrian trails that go by the cottage. I definitely have some sort of nerve/bruise issue in my left foot, which does not really bother me when running but can be quite painful otherwise, including descending on the bike .... glad I only have about 160,000 feet of climbing and descending on tap starting Monday ....
QOTD: We recycle and try to limit our impact (we walk/ride to school now), I try to run/ride from home 90+% of the time, but we can and will do better.
