It's almost the end of the month, so must be time to start the monthly thread
I've only been out on the trails twice this month, including an easy 5k race this morning. Easy means very little roots or rocks or tree debris, and not much in the way of hills.
I finished around 26:15, about 1:20 faster than last year. Hopefully I'll start hitting the trails more in September.
Hi, John - It's been pretty quiet in here for a long time.
I'm still down re my foot. Went and saw my MAT therapist for my back and stupidly let him work on my foot. Ended up getting the nerve issue that I had under control all worked up again. Plus, been down for the past week with a bad case of bronchitis and a sinus infection. Ugh! I tell ya, it feels like I've been getting hit from all sides lately!
